We have revised and re-named the original Sailor's Communications Center page of StarboardBeam.com to reflect more internet sites where you can get additional information related to your needs. We previously provided a forum for communications and raising questions and getting answers. Unfortunately, the communications forum was spammed so until what time our webmaster is able to despam the spammers, that portion of the site will be closed.
